Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check in after 2pm Check out by 10am

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Late check out is subject to availability. Please see the manager upon checkin. If late check out is not possible then we are happy to store your bags until your departure transfer pickup time.

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

A credit card authorisation (pre-auth) will be required for at time of check in (this is a $200 security hold on your card that will be released approx. 3-5 working days after your departure). Where a credit card is not available a minimum $200.00 cash deposit will be required.

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

Hi speed wifi is available for an additional charge starting from $5 per day to $30 for up to 30 days use.

Q: How often are the apartments serviced?

Apartments are serviced weekly.

Q: Is all linen provided?

Yes all linen towels are provided.

Q: Is the swimming pool heated?

Yes

Q: What facilities do you have?

Heated Swimming pool, BBQ and an extensive tour desk.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Yes after hours check in is available. Please advise at the time of booking your expected arrival time.

Q: Is there car parking available?

Yes secure undercover car parking is available for 1 vehicle per apartment. There is a height restriction of 1.9m. Higher vehicles will be required to park out on the street.

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

Yes we have Centro Mall approximately 400mts from Carlton Apartments

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

The closest major supermarket is Woolworths in Centro Mall approximately 400mts from Carlton Apartments.

Q: How far away is the beach?

Beach is less than 70mts from Carlton Apartments.

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

All tour companies will provide a pickup from across the road from Carlton Apartments.

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

Carlton Apartments has a very extensive tour desk that can assist you with all your tour and theme park bookings at a discounted price.
